Went to pick up a prescription for a family member who had their wisdom teeth pulled first thing this morning. Waited in line for 30 minutes at 4 PM only to hear "they are still being processed and won't be ready until tomorrow - NEXT!"

Every time you call they won’t answer unless you pretend to be a doctor then stupid announcements keeps saying just create an account and get all your questions answered … WELL GUESS WHAT ITS BEEN DOWN FOR TWO DAYS SO MAYBE JUST ANSWER THE PHONE !!!

I don't blame the staff for corporates issues but why does that building look like it belongs in the ghetto. The lawn maintenance is awful, the roof is losing shingles, gum all over the sidewalk, pot holes in the parking lot, duct tape all over the drive up ...it's just so bad.

If I could give zero stars I would. I do not know if it's just the CVS stores in this area or if it's the organization as a whole, but this is the worst excuse for a pharmacy I've ever experienced. Avoid this place at all costs.

Called to ask about a prescription— someone answered the phone, “I will have to put you on hold and our hold is an hour.” And just put me on hold. Rude. Won’t be going there!

Medication is never ready. I’ve been having this issue but I work in healthcare so understand. This is consistently happening and some medication are very important, but never ready on time or when they say. Not to mention unfriendly staff that makes you feel like you’re a bother.

Pharmacy window is never open. Associates when you go in are so rude! When you pick up from the pharmacy you need to change the policy to show ID or something because there is no privacy! They ask for your birthday and dob as loud as they can and tell everyone there what you are picking up! No privacy practices in place! And associates need customer service training!

Every time I go to the pharmacy there is an issue. Either there's a line you have to wait in for over 40 minutes or their systems are down and they can't process any orders. It's pretty shameful they have you stand in line. And then allow other people just to walk up and cut right in front of you and say nothing to them and get you to take their order like they were in line the

Every time I have to get a prescription it takes at least two days to get and they never have enough staff. I would never go to them but it’s the only pharmacy my insurance takes.

Meds are never on time when they promise, doctors are rude and unwilling, by far one of the worst CVS I’ve been too.
