Could not purchase my medication because they did not have change. How can you operate a pharmacy and not give change for cash transactions.

This is now the 2nd time I’ve tried to pick up my prescription and the pharmacy isn’t open when they say they should be. Extremely unprofessional, especially when dealing with something as important as someone’s medication.
