Avoid cricket like the plague. I'm absolutely disgusted that store employees straight out lie to your face to get you to spend more money. After the second lie in a row i walked out and got a different service. Supporting this event, my brother in law worked there for a month, and told me he quit because his boss told him to lie to customers.

Sick of my carrier I walked into this place during a winter storm. The young lady, Crystal, was so helpful. She went out of her way to get me the best coverage and price. I would definitely recommend. And so far their service is superior to my previous carrier by far.

I started getting messages that I had been hacked. I went into my local Cricket store where Crystal took a look at my phone and took the time to eliminate things I do not need and made the screens easier to work through. I appreciate the time and help with a customer who remembers when the only thing you did with a phone is call someone. Now, I use my cell for work.

The sales representative told me the phone case and the glass protector were free I was expecting it only to be 100$ well this little sneaky fool tried to bundle me a case and screen protector for 64 more dolla I didn't have at that moment ?
