Would leave zero stars if I could.The employee that sold me the phone was apparently a bad actor. The current manager and owner say that she is no longer an employee there. Like its supposed to be my problem..I called today and repeated what the past employee had to say when I was there and its the total opposite.They are liars, the owner is a fraud and I filed a report with the FTC today and its submitted. I told him that I was going to do that when I called him....at his store. His employee gave me the phone. He told me to leave and I said no, I expected better, and he said he was calling the police.I am not sure if they came, because I didnt want to involve the employee, she didnt do anything wrong, so....he assured me that they have cameras there, with audio, so keep that in mind if you go there and want to get ripped off.Screw you dude. Do something about it.I filed a report for fraud with the FTC and I am at their website right now looking at what other categories fit my complaint. I have spent a few hours trying to deal at the store dealing with this and the owner was a straight up jerk about it. You cant get a solution there, and if you have a problem, Cricket corp is the only thing to help you because the owner just doesnt care.Threatening to call the police on me and stuff. I am going to file a few reports. Lets go bro. Lets do something.

Crystal was very helpful and pleasant. I'm glad I went there. I got a Samsung which I really like. She admitted she went from Samsung to iPhone. I nearly clutched my pearls. Luckily, the other gentleman employee showed his undying devotion to Samsung by proudly raising his phone. We shared a Samsung moment.Anyway, the whole encounter took maybe 30 minutes total on a Saturday afternoon to get a new phone and to switch my number and provider. The only waiting done there was on me because I didn't come fully prepared. But that wasn't a problem as she helped me with that too. All the while, she helped 2 other gentlemen and her new trainee!Would I recommend this store? Yes! 100%Would I recommend you call India for support? Lol, no. Chlis from India almost cost Cricket a new customer. Can we go back to using Americans to answer support questions? I decided to visit the store anyway and got the correct answers from Crystal, who is not from India.

Went there due to issues with phone.Closed hoirs showed being open till 8 on Saturday closed when we arrived at 715. Waste of gas going there ,

Sold me a phone locked into a plan and knowing that the phone was a junk phone can't upgrade and that where I live the service is terrible

Been a customer and bought new phones for kids and he said didnt have to pay activation fee for the three phones and he charged me anyways $25 of phone and have been a sincere customer for a long time when I asked him about it he says no there's an activation fee so that's not what he told me when I come in since I was a long-time customer. So not real happy with the charges and when I did go to Cricket as a first-time customer years ago they did the same thing when I switched over from Boost Mobile to them and got me again that's the downside to them and not telling you the real fees but as far as that goes service is good phone wise and money is worth the phones and the family plans

Phone service is good for what you pay for but the employees lack knowledge. I walked in and asked for information on the 4 for $100 plan, was told we could get all 4 free phones. Came back 1 hr later and was told we could only get 2. One of the 4 phones wasn’t even activated properly, had to come back and there was another employee. She insisted on chatting for support rather than calling a number because “it’s faster” and “does the same thing”.. well she and her manager came to the conclusion that the phone was locked and that I needed to call the previous company I had it with. She said they couldn’t do anything but yet they still charged me the activation fee. I called the other company, they put in a different cricket sim and it worked just fine. After 3 hours between both places I went home and called customer service. Within 15 minutes my phone was activated. Turns out they didn’t do it right in store

I've been with Cricket for over 24 years and have used them in 7 states.....Never had a problem.....Their prices are great....they have something at all price points; something for everybody! I love Cricket!
