The only bad thing that I know of as a visitor is the roads and speed bumps need work, need more parking areas for trailers and rent is outrageous!!

I just recently purchased my first mobile home thru Brookeside manor and the staff was so helpful! They literally helped me get into our new home bc I had trouble due to the fact that my credit (well had no credit established) they are very friendly and informative! Thank you so much Brookside!!

Billed me 500 for a water bill. When i usually pay 20 a month. Plumer came out and said there were no leaks. Managements rude.
