Purchased and had a battery installed in my car on Memorial day. Appreciated the extra time and patience of the employee. The hardware didn't easily match the tools. But he remained calm and professional. A great experience. Thank you .

My daughter, who was nervous and is a fairly new driver/car owner came into the Goshen AutoZone today because her engine oil is low and engine light started flashing. She asked for help to figure out the oil she needed and adding the oil before she headed to the repair shop. She didn’t dare to ask for any further help because of the attitude she got from staff. My husband has had to help other customers in the same store because staff doesn’t feel the need at assist. Sheesh.I’m guessing the bare amount of customer service isn’t applicable at this store. If you’re looking for any help in this store, you might go elsewhere so you can actually get assistance.
