“I came in with a bad battery that I purchased from a competitor store across town…only 6 months old and had dead cells. Since it was for my family van, it was much needed. Long story short, the competitor store did not have my warranty information for some odd reason - especially since I shouldn’t been able to leave the store without giving my information. Either way, she was helpful and assisted me with getting a different battery. Becky went above and beyond to help me out and I will purchasing all of my auto parts from Auto Zone moving forward. FYI...die hard boat batterys have a 1 year warranty NOT 90 DAYS.i almost lost my battery replacement because of a lack.of knowledge or wanting to look for ones self....”
