Last year I had fraudulent transactions on my account, your team made it as pain free as possible, they took time and made sure my I had all tools to continue banking, file claim and and was reimburse in a timely fashion.

Karuu (apologies if misspelled) gave ABOVE AND BEYOND service! Attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, overall stellar. Went in looking for some assistance on a vehicle loan and he made sure I left satisfied and prepared, no matter how many questions I had! Usually a decent bank, but when I gave up my lunch break to drive there and they wouldn't even accept my change jar, I was shocked! First bank I have ever been to where that has happened... cost me $22 and driving around to a CoinStar just to get my money counted. Guess it might be time to change banks!! Who doesn't have the means to count money?!?
