She's on your team! We were first time home buyers with a unique set of challenges. This is not the first time God put the right person in our path at just the right time. Laura Beth was the first realtor we called based on a referral. After our second evening of showings I said to my husband, "I really think she's on our side. She's not just trying to sell us a house; she's trying to find the right fit for us." Even tho in the market wasn't easy for buyers at that time. We went with her to a house that was the first one I actually liked the feel of, but as we walked the perimeter we found stair step cracks in the foundation in several places. She looked at me and said, "I will not allow you to buy this house." She gained our confidence with her attitude. Once we found the house that was right for us, she made the whole process as smooth as it could possibly be. We felt so blessed to work with her and we recommend her to everyone we know buying or selling a home in our area.

One of the best I've ever worked with! Laura knew that I was looking for a fixer upper. Some agents don't put a lot of energy in a deal that isn't going to make them a big commission. Laura treated me like I was buying a half million dollar home! She always kept me informed of what was going on and even had to do some work that the selling agent should have done. Very impressed and will definitely use her again!

First rate throughout. From start to finish Laura was attentive to understand what we wanted (even when it changed) and never wasted our time. She found great places for us to and when it came to the buying process, having her in our corner saved our bacon! She knew what to ask and explained to us why she was asking. She knew what to add to contracts to protect us, and ultimately I cannot imagine a better real estate professional to work with.
