Brent came today and was extremely knowledgeable in tuning our piano. Not only is he pitch perfect; he was able to proceed even though the room was somewhat disorganized. I allowed no noise to be present and listened while he did his work excellently! Thank you Piano Shop for continuing to keep our piano in tip top shape!❤️Many thanks to Matt and the entire staff and representatives, knowledgeable in this fine art!?

They hired my company to get them an insurance claim and once we got them the money he (the owner) said the insurance company told him to go with a different company (after we got him all his money) and as everyone knows the insurance company is prohibited to do that and they didn’t do that... then he had a much cheaper roof put on and kept the money. Then says I didn’t deserve the job because I confronted him about it and then was beyond rude about the situation.... dishonest and untrustworthy.... I have proof of all this so don’t be had by anything else but the truth!

We were very pleased with the service provided before and during our piano tuning. The price was appropriate ($135 after a 15% cash discount). The Piano Shop was able to make an appointment for us during Christmas break, and in the late afternoon, to accommodate our very busy family schedule. Email replies were prompt and professional. The tuning professional, Ethan, was punctual, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. His work was precise and conscientious, and he was very kind to welcome our children to watch the mechanics of the tuning. We will definitely be returning customers.

We contacted The Piano Shop for tuning our 60-year old piano. The technician arrived promptly and advised us of the process. Because out piano had not been tuned for 30 years, it needed a couple of tunings, but now it sounds great.

With the help of Matt and our daughter's piano instructor we were able to purchase the perfect piano within our budget. Their customer service is top notch and every piano tuning appointment they've been on time and very professional. Definitely recommend if you're serious about buying a quality piano.

I have had a lot of experiences with The Piano Shop. They tune my home piano and they also tune the pianos at my church. I am a pastor and was serving a church in Indiana and I hired The Piano Shop to tune our piano and then we bought a new piano from them for the church and everyone was really happy with the new sound. When I moved to Louisville I bought a new piano for my home and when I arrived at the church where I am pastor now, I discovered that my new church was already using The Piano Shop for all their piano purchases and tunings. In all cases, service and customer care and the quality of the pianos has all been excellent. And thanks to The Piano Shop I even got a recommendation for the best piano teacher ever!

About 10 years ago I bought a grand piano from The Piano Shop and it sounds just as great now as it did then. The technicians are well trained and courteous. They always show up for appointments on time. I highly recommend using them for all your tuning and piano repairs.
