Do not go to this storage place. They auctioned our storage space 7 days after we called and let them know when we would get everything paid in full. I called the customer service number and our account wasn't closed and talked to a CSR that said they would put in the notes so that the store manager saw that we were going to catch everything up. We didn't get any notification through phone call, text or email that our unit would be auctioned off. The day we called to pay in full was the day we found out all of our stuff was sold. Including things that I had of my deceased mother. I do not recommend this place.

Alright I went in last month with the issue I have above and she said she will get back with me nothing I call and they said they will review my account get back to me. Nothing then I leave a review they they will get ahold of me. Still nothing....no one can tell ne why my rate keeps going up. I've only been here since February. I got quoted 98 I now pay 132

Well I was suppose to have a credit on my account for october and never got it my card was debited and I can never get a hold of anyone at the office. I have had issues after issue with this place. When I call the number head office they say they will have the site manager call me but I never get a call back.

I was charged for an extra month and have been going rounds with these people to get refunded. They keep telling me that it has been approved and to keep waiting another 10 days. That was almost 30 days ago.

Meh. Used this place for a couple of months cause we got a bargain deal of half off your first 2 months. Rented a climate controlled unit. But it was never climate controlled. Asked on many occasions and kept being told someone was coming to fix it. Doors to buildings don’t lock. Dumpster is always overflowing with nasty trash. Happy to be out of here. I’d go somewhere else next time.
