As a truck driver, I'm glad this was here near my pickup. Showers are clean, water is hot! Plenty of truck parking at all times of night. It was quiet. Staff was friendly and the grounds keeper guy is hilarious lol. We talked about some of everything while I was watching football in my truck. Now some of these truckers are nasty from what he was telling me over the last few weeks because of what he cleaned up and how much .. But overall great place in my opinion

I arrived at the Petro shop on October 17th for truck repair they told me I needed a kingpin assembly for the axle on Friday they ordered the wrong part and told me that it would be in on Saturday they disassembled the truck and that evening they pushed it out into the parking lot the truck was inoperable unable to steer they just pushed it outside the garage they promised that the truck would be fixed at approximately 1600 on Friday they should have never disassembled the truck before they got the parts because the wrong parts were ordered and 2 days later I am still sitting in your parking lot not able to steer my truck it is inoperable and unsafe to drive

I will try to avoid this one for the rest of my life.Workers disrespectful. Nasty place all around.I had to wait 15 minutes for a fuel receipt because the 2,5 cashiers behind the counter were chitchatting and giggling with some other customer.

Bunch of B.S. no showers. Second TA/Petro in 2 day's with no shower. This is a shame TA/Petro. Kitchen has hot water but no showers for driver that's been working all day. Step up your game or your going to lose a customer.

So I’ve had a little puncture… was nearby decided to give ‘em a try got there around 6pm… they were like ohhhh we’re pretty busy right now(only 1 truck inside the shop)… there’s a few more waiting blah blah blah… we’ll get you in within 2 hours mhmm they didn’t I we t again to their office and they’ve informed me that it’s probably not gonna be today … I mean seriously how long do these clowns need to get a tire fixed ? 2 days ? Really ??? never ever ever EVER again loosing my time with the sad bunch of losers that work for Petro/TA…

Absolute shame on Petro. Money hungry corporations in slavelandia at its finest. 130am..drivers have nowhere to sleep, get yelled at 3am on ramps to move by cops if not get tickets, and these spots stay empty all night. Behind those 2 trucks in the middle is a whole other section of empty “reserved”spots

Would really be a good place to put a restaurant that would actually open for buisness on a Saturday before 10 am for breakfast. Oh wait, after 10 am when went back sign said can't serve today. Maybe you should put a McDonald's here instead. Maybe they would come to work ..won't ever plan a break here again.

Man when it comes to ta and Petro they just do not miss with how much they clearly are either oblivious to the needs of their customers or doing so on purpose. I mean between the showers nearly inaccessible by people with mobility issues having to up and down stairs where in order to reach the top of the rail while going down requires you to lean forward so slipping would cause a tumble all the way to the bottom or how once they do manage to get to the showers the light switches are timed so any person, specifically one with mobility issues has to move around in the dark while on a slippery wet surface. Have to admit it was a pleasure speaking to the cashier and expressing my concerns and the response I received was the cashier huffing at me. But hey, keep up the good work ta and Petro. Maybe one day I'll get lucky in your death traps and suddenly all my money problems will disappear with a large payday
