Apparently the internet was down in the morning so the multi point inspection was not completed and I shared that I was traveling out of state in a few weeks and was told “everything was checked” So now I’m left to wonder 1)what’s the point of the multi point inspection on the computer if everything can be checked without it or 2)was everything checked and if so, how? It puzzled me that they would not offer to have my car come back when the internet was up and working. This was a scheduled maintenance appointment not a walk in. Other things to note: Bill was friendly.

I had been eyeing a specific car on their lot and it ended up being way out of my budget. I originally made my intentions clear on what I wanted and how I wanted to go about getting a new vehicle. The salesman I worked with was Rick. He and Sherrie found my new baby under the stipulations that I had requested ! They made the process easy. And as a 35 year old woman I didn’t feel haggled. I understood the pricing details and all. I felt confident during the paperwork process. Unlike getting cars before it felt good working with them! I encourage you reading this to give them a try ! ??

My car drives worse than when I took it in. Tires were not rotated as requested (how do I know this that one particular tire had a higher air pressure than all the other tires. I have never had brake issues but now all of sudden I do. Charging someone close $300 for a battery is ridiculous.
