They were able to pull the bumper from my tire so I could drive my vehicle until the scheduled full repair, which was an amazing support to my family's needs. We needed my teenage son's attached handicap equipment. And I was under time pressure to get on the road due to intensive outpatient treatment for one my children in another town. “The three guys that I've had the most interface with have been the older fellow in Parts with short, graying hair, the mechanic named Mike, and the service manager, also older with short, graying hair. I can't come up with their names, but I've been thoroughly impressed with all three of them. Their first virtue is that when I'm talking with them, they're really listening and showing interest. Second, their responses are always pertinent and informed. And third, they aren't playing the role of stiff professionals, trying hard to impress. Instead, they're regular human beings with a friendly congeniality that's not so common anymore, especially in car dealerships! I think you've got some top notch guys there, and I've spread the word around amongst our friends and contacts. The mix of competence and relaxed personality is a winner. Better give them a raise before someone else offers to at a different place!”
