The worst Walgreens I've ever been in, I only stopped in there when I'm out there on my way to Harolds,
Friday evening I went into the store the cashier a young black girl all she did was use profanity I'm standing in line with the next customer she didn't know the lady but she just wouldn't stop cursing what type of professionalism is that y'all got to do better

This is the only Walgreens in my area, which is always very busy. The customer service representative was very nice and she was informative of other progress that I was looking for, and I was able to find a decent value. The only thing I did not like people were just standing around by the door as you proceeded to go out which that’s not the Store‘s fault you should have common sense to move out the way, but overall my experience Walgreens at this location was very nice. They always treat you with respect And they got me going for my day.

I went through the pharmacy drive thru to inquire about prescriptions for my mom. The clerk informed me that they had nothing ordered for her. Before I could ask another question, the clerk walked away. There were prescriptions ready at the Walgreens in Tennessee where my mother lives half of the year. I wanted to ask her to check on them.

My Chicago Walgreens dropped the ball on filling a much needed prescription, and the other Chicago locations didn't even bother to answer the phone. Called the Gary location and the pharmacist took charge right away. The pharmacist verified the medication was in stock and, even though I wasn't a regular customer at the location, had it filled in no time at all. The young lady that was the pharmacy tech at the drive-thru window was extremely patient and courteous even though there was a busy line of cars. Walgreens should be happy they have great staff at this location who represent the company well.
