I brought it my rosary to be fixed, the string needed to be re-attached. The owner kept saying to come back because it's not done. It's been 10 days now, and he's stating he cannot find my rosary. Very upsetting and unfair that my item is now gone. Be careful what you bring in to be cleaned or fixed. It appears that he likes to keep the nicer things to himself.

i brought 2 thin rugs the owner told me cime back in 3 days i returned a week later they were never touched told me to cime back in another week no sorry or nothing i come back and finall get them he had them wrapped in plastic i get them home they were never touched same smell and juice stain never again

I have taken my clothes here 3 times and all 3 times, they misplaced my items and had me come back a day later. I like the way they clean my clothes, they do a good job with the cleaning process. I will give them one more chance and hopefully they will get better at tracking my clothes.

They are the worse since they've changed management a few years ago. Brought an item in to be cleaned but when I picked it up, it was still dirty. I explained it to the manager but they did not offer to reclean it nor did they give me my back. Will never go there again!Service: Carpet & rug cleaning

I don't usually and wouldn't normally but I experienced horrible customer service and won't be doing business a second time at Vogue cleaners. In fact, I've felt more welcome from brick walls in the past and will happily drive many miles for service elsewhere.Between feeling gouged at price, not having my items folded or placed into a clean package, and an impolite owner along with a rude store greeter I don't recommend this business.

Been coming here on and off for about 12 years. Good, Reliable, Consistent Service and Product. Highly recommend and the 'new' management has carried on and maybe even raised the bar a notch...but damn...I sure do miss Shirley...?Services: Laundry wash & fold

I like this place, especially now with the new owners. The lady that used to always be there years ago seemed nice overall, but there were some times where she was probably having a bad day and I felt afraid to be in her presence.The new people don't seem intimidating, but I think they may have added some additional spots to some pants I had cleaned. I'm not 100% sure. Will have to see how it goes next time.
