Last week I rented a Uhual from the Highland location, that experience was amazing. It took less than 10 mins from the time I arrived to the time I pulled off with the trailer. So, this week I needed a trailer again and I chose a location closer to my house. Therefore, I chose the Hammond location. That was clearly a mistake. I waited, and waited and waited for over an hour for a trailer. I then went inside to find the lady that I was working with had forgotten about me. Then the trailer that I had lights didn't work. I ended up being 30 mins late to our football game because this experience took 90 mins even though I was the 3rd person in the line and I reserved everything online. Highly disappointed.
