Always treated very kindly and respectful with this TA! Dwayne did a great job on cleaning the pumps got them looking brand new give that man a raise! Even has a barbershop if you need a cut.

Very busy fuel desk and store but Juanita at the front handled everyone with courtesy and grace. Not many places I’ve been to that I’ve seen someone so calm handle a line so quick. Very nice lady.

The shop service was great. The brakes on our Volvo were smoking. They replaced them very quickly and were very knowledgeable. All the associates were friendly. Would definitely use this TA travel center again if needed.

The repair thugs can sabotage your truck just as much as they want to in order to generate more business for themselves, because they know that the local police won’t do anything about it.

They need better security here. Someone went through my trailer during the night. Almost every parking spot has a ripped fence right behind it. They don't have a single camera along the fence, which seems a bit suspicious. TA should do something to stop this because this location can hurt your reputation.

I got checked in to get mud flap on a trailer they said it should only take an hour theres only one truck before you one hour passed i went to go check and now they told me i have to wait theres 3 more trucks before you.. i saw those trucks got there after me and i noticed it was going to be while they looked like they didnt want to work so i decided to go to the Ta in lake station, they got better service

This place is pretty bad! 7 hours to get 2 trailer tires replaced. When I got there was told 2 hours ended up being 7 hours. If I would have known that it would have taken that long would’ve went somewhere else.

Walked in to patronize this location, 08/10/2024. The lack of customer service at every desk runs rampant. I ordered food from Taco Bell, it didn’t taste right so I trashed it. Also, the girl who took my order didn’t say a word. She just stared. Also, they need security in their parking lot to keep the bums/dope fiends out. A fiend woke me up at 4:45 AM begging. I slammed my door on his stupid ahh. Never again….This is the trenches!

Most of the fuel pumps are down, most of the buttons on card readers and most of the card readers themselves do not work. If you can find someone inside that is acting like they're working they have attitude. The security must make money off of the paid parking here. They ignore the bums and others coming in to beg and sell stuff but make sure you pay to park. I am truly amazed this one is still open other than the multiple ways drivers get robbed around here. The whole area around including pulling in/out of here is not safe but better than it used to be but long way to go
