I will not purchase anything else EVER from this store. Prior owners were the BEST. The washer & dryer are not even (6) months old yet and they came to repair the washer machine & told me I will be paying for the repair. NEVER again. Not going to post on Facebook yet but I intend too

I would neve buy anything else from this place I have waited over 2 months for them to come fix my dryer the owner has terrible customer service keeps repeatedly telling me I have an electric problem after I have had an electrician come out and check it they had to send 3 dryers that all went out whithin one day finally get one that works and on day 31 it goes out ask them to send a repair person the repa Man comes out and states it could be the vent and thermal control and never returns waited 2 weeks gave them another control and once again had to deal with terrible customer service from owner after paying almost 500 for washer and dryer set

Dude said he would text me pics when he got a matching fridge to the stove I wanted. Said within 2 weeks. It's been 4 weeks. I went in there twice to see what was on the floor. Second time I came and there were matching fridges on the floor and when I asked why he didn't send pics of these and why was one sold ... he said oh we thought you were just going somewhere else. Such a waste of time and money.

This place has great appliances for great prices and the people are very friendly and easy to work with on prices and also they offer a very good warranty 30days i purchased a older kenmore washer and i took it home hooked it up and it had a water leak so i called in and they said bring it back so i did and they exchganged it for a beautiful older model roper washer that works fantastic and they also took there busy time to let me see it work before it left they are great people to purchase a used affordable priced appliance im very happy and also they let me pick out one of the roper brand washers which one i wanted i will recommend them to all others the guys will work with you trust me and they also loaded it up in the truck very nicely and very friendly employees please dont go elsewhere over reading other peoples reviews that are bad ignore those thanks

Everyone was very helpful and friendly at this store. They went above and beyond to help us move an old washer and dryer and replace it with another one. They both work great and we are very satisfied. We will definitely buy from them again in the future.
