If I could give 0 stars I would they are the most lazy ppl who work in this office, they cannot keep secretarial staff because they always seem to quit , I set appointment for paper work to be filled but they set another appointment just so they can squeeze more money out of me this place is very unprofessional down to the doctor's which are all money hungry I'm sure the late doc. Tatum is rolling in his grave this place hasn't been the same since he passed away!

Let me start off by saying, I've been going to Ross Family for years. No problem with any Dr.'s or staff. But one in particular. The young lady that works today Friday the 18th. She is awful and doesn't has any compassion. Slow and inconsiderate. No air or fans. Conducting people personal business on preaker phone. She needs to stay in the back. Having people stand and wait. Didn't address the standing patients which was standing to get signed in. When she finally finish with the phone call.. she had the nerve to tell my daughter she was late. I told sno ma'am. You wasn't paying attention to nobody only the phone convo. IM SO HOT AND ?

this place has gone to hell since the senior dr.Tatum passed despite these reviews trust me you can find a better health care facility they can't keep doctors or secretaries longterm there both in and out this place, and the doctors just try and squeeze every penny they can out of you they actually care nothing about you just your insurance or money if your paying out of pocket I can guarantee this place won't be here by 2030 unless they get a government bailout

Only came back because I loved Dr.Rachel and only saw her once then she left. I am so disappointed in the current doctors. They do not have a procedure in place for patients with a urgent need that does not need to go to the hospital. Can not even call in a prescription on a weekend. They told me a diabetic to just be careful about what you eat all weekend and call Monday. Seriously!!!!! I will be finding a new doctor Monday morning

My experience overall with Ross Family Doctors I will say has been SOMEWHAT okay, which is why I am giving this facility 3 stars instead of just 1. What I mean by somewhat okay, is my experience with the doctors and nurse practitioner that I had. I have been a patient for years, but I will say not on a regular consisted basis. I have had Dr. Rachel Ross and Dr. Nathaniel Ross. Just recently (Last Month December) I had the Nurse Practitioner Jean who was also very nice and informative just as the doctors were. Dr. Nathaniel Ross is my primary care physician.

Upon entering the facility I was greeted by the most friendliest staff there is. I was informed step by step what to expect and it happened as told. I figured I would be there for some time, so I brought a book to keep me occupied but needless to say I didn't get to read very far because the medical assistant came in take my vitals and soon after I was face to face with my doctor. I am very pleased with the service provided by this clinic and the medical staff.

I think it's sad when your doctor moves out of town and does not respect her patients enough to let them know she's leaving. I can't believe she's that type of person, but I guess action speaks louder than words. But anyway best of luck to you doctor R. R.

My DR.NATHANIEL is the Best..Every Time There's a Medical With Me He Know Exactly What's Wrong..Dr.Nathaniel is Very Professional and There's a Loving Side to Him Which Makes Me Comfortable and Relaxed..Like Being With Family..The Staff Members are Friendly and Very Attentive.I Absolutely Love Going Into The Office..I.Have a Hard Time With My Blood Being Drawn..The Lab Tech Will Talk to Me and I Would Be So Relaxed I Wouldn't Know She Did the Procedure..There's Always Smiles and Hello Ms.Taylor Like I'm Invited..Not Just Another Patient..Mother Ross Has a Calming Spirt and Mrs.Ross is So Beautiful..I Love Being a Patient of The Ross Family of Tatum..I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY

From the time you come into the office you are greeted with such kindness and care. Yabrina is exceptional I love her. The doctors are attentive to my concerns and I leave feeling they really care about me and my health.
