I’ve been coming here as a business owner in the area for almost 2 years 4-5 times per week. My experience dealing with the staff has been great! Very cool people who does their job and shows the utmost respect!However I came in last week as apart of my usual stops for singles for my bar and had to deal with your super disrespectful #manager I don’t know what your criteria to be a manager is but if you have someone representing your business to talk disrespectful to customers as well as your employees in front of customers then you may want to take a look at that! If I ever come to this currency exchange again and see the manager named “Nicole” the heavy set lady then I will refuse to patronize your establishment!!! I could get off into more specifics but as a business owner to another…your business isnt or wasn’t the problem….your manager was! She needs to check her nasty a$$ attitude!

The lady's there very professional each and every time i come there. The manager is WONDERFUL. ? If i have any concerns with any teller Not being respectful or courteous The team leader will immediately remove that person from the window… I love the service at this store. I’m am a regular lifetime COUSTOMER that does watch for lazy too pretty acting, talking to each other too much when its a COUSTOMER at the window…. When the tellers servicing me, i will complain. My Business is very important as a senior citizen or memory is short at times. I’m use to teller appreciating me not rushing me each and every time, and being sure my service needs are done, asking me do i need stamps or an money order… how do i want my change back….etc…. and WHY THEY STOP ? PROVING FREE ENVELOPES for the paper currency? VERY IRRITATING….? KEEP UP THE GOOD WINDOW SERVICE AND PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF THE NEW AGENTS , You Are Appreciated.??

Good evening to whom it may concern I have cashed several checks at my favorite PLS and I bring a check to to this place and was told that they need to verify it and come back tomorrow due to fraud.A lady named April truly discriminated against me assuming this is fraud.Regardless of policy, rules, I understand all of that. As a black woman Don’t racially profile a black man with comments like that. Thank you.

I went visit this morning to cash my state return they didn't serve or cash my check for me very upsetting
