Stopped in to get tires balanced on my 2023 Peterbilt, the guy didn’t want to work. He jacked the front end up looked at it a said king pins are bad, truck has 100,000 miles on it. Took it back the Peterbilt shop, said king pins were good. Don’t use T A for anything , it’s a crooked place.

This is ridiculous. Used to be good truck stop but not anymore. They add reserved parking spots where Used to be free spots. And now got nowhere to park - I'm an 80' car carrier and best place for me to park it's backing up to the grass. Otherwise I'll be sticking out of any other parking spot to the middle of the driveway. Trying to explain that to security but he actually don't care. If I can I'll leave 0 Stars...

FOLLOW UP: They responded to my google review by posting a website where they want me to fill out an obnoxiously long form to tell them how to fix their problems. Hey, Petro - my posting this review on google IS MY REACHING OUT TO YOU. I'm not giving you my home address and contact information (required on their form) so you can bombard me with sales.
Inside has good options and clean rest rooms, but the pumps leave a lot to be desired. Spilt fuel and the diesel pump is incredibly slow. So slow, the auto shut off doesn’t work and spilled more fuel.

Worst Petro, I’ve ever been to the lady at the Fuel desk was too busy smoking her cigar outside to figure out why the pumps weren’t pumping very well. I went inside came back out tried to pump again. I only got 12 gallons total because it was too slow and it would take me too long to fill my tank. The team needs to figure out this place.

This is Petro, they deliberately broke the system in the kiosk where we have the right to use credit for parking. You fill in the information, the system resets. Then they tell the front desk that there is no credit, and force you to pay cash. This should not work like this, they deliberately did it so that we pay for parking. This is very low in relation to drivers.
