U have to unhook even it’s tight to dock. I barely did it and waiting at next of my tr. no one helps here, u do by uself. Scale in an out way.

This place is a circus. Showed up to pick up a load on Friday 5pm they said load won’t be ready until Monday so I leave, broker calls back 1 hour later claiming there has been a mistake and I can go back to pick it up. I go back on Saturday because I need the $, they tell me Plant 1 doesn’t load on weekends. After a phone call from security, they give me a door( they sent another truck away 5 mins before I got there with the same excuse). Told me to back into dock 12 which ARE NOT MEANT FOR 53ft trailer and a LONG NOSE KENWORTH. Still haven’t started loading me either after 40 mins in dock. YOU HAVE TO UNHOOK OTHERWISE TRUCKS CANT GET PAST ITS SO TIGHT.

Very slow and lord knows dock 12 is so tight for a truck driver. Slide tandems and have patience. Avoid if you can.

Check in 10:30 am, check out 4:30 pm, the security girl in the first shift was very kind, but in the second shift the security man was very rude and even insulted me. I have never experienced this anywhere, that man does not deserve to do that job, in any case this is the last time I was here!

Great friendly staff from the guard to the guys in receiving. Fast unload in under an hour. It is a little tight but not bad. It's an older facility so it is expected.

Very bad place!!!! Avoid coming here! Got here 12:05 was out 5:45 pm that is ridiculous! Loading so slow ! Night shift said that day shift workers lazy and thake their sweet time Loading I'm not coming back here !!!!!!

Will waste your time, they book the load at 8 in the morning, saying pick up asap , at 4 pm still no dock. Good luck

I have picked up there numerous times and will continue to happily do so, I have hardly ever had any issues with this customer. The guards are good, the shipping guys are good all in all a Good experience almost every time

That’s a -1. Only 53 ft dryvan here and being loaded and have been here over 4 hours now. Just amazes me
