She was very conscientious giving me the design elements that I was wanting in cabinetry throughout the home. Not only is she an excellent designer but also is very pleasant to work with. I needed to find the item. Also, I went today and used the customer pickup in the yard and they already knew I was there before I did ? great job! I pulled up to the curbside pickup, checked my email, followed the instructions expecting to wait 30-40 minutes, and before I had a chance to choose a song in my Apple Music, Desiree knocked on my window and gave me my order. “I needed to identify items on a faded receipt.They were able to look up the receipt and tell me what I bought.Lowe's does a good job of purchase tracking. As long as you pay with a credit or debit card, they can find your purchase history!!!”

The staff doesnt constantly ask you if you are finding everything okay, which I like because that can and does get annoying when you are trying to think about your project, or deciding on project options since there are more items that look better or fit better, etc.”
