I would give zero stars if I could.I stopped on my way to work this morning to get some E6000 glue.The store was even messier than most Dollar General stores. I found the glue section and had to compromise on the brand of glue because it was such a mess that I couldn't find E6000.When I approached the check out area, I saw a female employee sneak into the office area. As I got near the register, a guy--he wasn't identifiable as an employee--said that he would go get "her." I heard whispers and another male--this one wearing a DG name tag--told me it would be just a minute. More whispering and a hushed "I'm sorry," not meant for me. Several minutes later, the second guy comes out and is looking around the registers and I thought he was going to wait on me. I asked him to ring the glue up separately from my other items, but he responded that he couldn't ring me up at all! He slinked into the back with tepid reassurance that "she" would be out "in a minute."I literally counted to 180 in my head because, while annoyed, I almost wanted to hear her excuse. I ended up leaving without my items and without DG making a sale.I pass the store often and have always thought it would be a convenient stop when I needed something, but all it took was one visit to scrap that idea completely and forever.When corporate looks at the poor sales performance of this location, I would bet those numbers would improve with a staff that actually cared about doing their jobs!(Had the location been equipped with self-checkout, I would've been on my happy way and "she" wouldn't have had to worry about it).

Unfortunately, I have tried the store on multiple occasions they never open as per their posted hours and they do close early on a daily basis past that the store is always full of boxes through the isles very disorganized, rude customer service. Your best bet is to go to Family Dollar right by Menards. It’s only two minutes away. I definitely do not recommend this store. Even if it was the last store !!!

Hello I love the store compare to what it use to look like the new store manager name king use to make sure the customer was okay and the team he had was very helpful but I remember one day of me walking around in the store the district manager was so rude to king talking to him like that is her son what I mean by that is getting smart and I didn’t like that because they do they best in the store. She will all come in store and just find any little to go off about and I didn’t like how she treat her staff and I come to this store a lot.

Store hours are posted on the door as well on the website as 8 am to 9 pm as of 8:50 am store is still closed

Hey there dollar general! Lots of people want jobs! Maybe stop lowering your standards when hiring? unprofessional and rude my family won't be returning
