The check in process was a bit confusing but the staff was very helpful. Once I was checked in everything went very smooth. Thanks for putting me at ease since doctors offices always make me uncomfortable. Great job!

My experience was excellent! Administrative and Medical personnel were polite and professional.This was my second visit and it appears to be a busy location and I was in and out within an hour and my records were uploaded quickly as promised.

The man nurse cut off a lot of my hair in a place I asked him not to for hair follicle test. I understand these tests have to be done but please be considerate of the the donors wishes!

I went into Concentra today for my pre employment physical and drug screening staff got me in and out one staff member went above and beyond for me her name Daniqua. So y’all check her out she cute too

I waited almost 5 hours in this place for a physical. After 3 hours in the waiting room I finally asked how much longer.. everyone else was going back and coming out. After I was taken back it was another almost 2 hours to be seen. I will not be going back to this facility. I wish I could give 0 stars

Went for an OSHA exam. The first thing the nurse does after a 2 hour wait (I was allowed in after the last patient left, once they closed), was loosen my respirator and ask me if I lost weight and told me I need a smaller size. After tightening my mask the respirator fit test passed. I was brought to an exam room, and was told to wait. The doctor (can only guess it was the doctor) didn’t address himself. He didn’t step foot in to the exam room, didn’t ask my name or anything. He simply asked if I wore glasses and then told me I could leave. I thought he was joking. No vitals or anything taken, I’m not sure if that meets OSHA standards but either way very unprofessional.

I had come in for my new jobs drug screening and some blood work. Everyone was very professional and it was a great experience overall. Inside was clean and well kept up. I felt safe and the wait to be seen was shorter than I anticipated!

Slowest place ever. They like to assist favorites ahead of the line. My husband went in for a DOT physical and had to wait 2hrs in their waiting room before being brought to an exam room, only to have to wait another hour before seeing the doctor. Meanwhile they were assisting other clients with their dot physicals that came in after my husband. So I called the front desk to find out what's going on, desk lady went to find out what's the hold up, comes back and says they're just very busy. Assistant outside the exam room started giggling saying they didn't know he was still in there. Doctor didn't even know my husband was waiting. Very poor service. Place is rotting like everything else. We even tried calling in to make an appointment and they wouldn't let us. Claims walk in only. Be prepared to wait forever. They love wasting people's time.

This is by far the worse Concentra I have dealt with. Arrived at 10:30 am for an OSHA Respirator certification. Usually they give me the paperwork to fill out so that when they are ready for me it is done. I asked for the paperwork and was told I wouldn’t get it until I was checked in. That was an hour ago. The last time I was here for a DOT physical it was the same way. Waited forever then received paperwork to fill out which added more wait time. The staff here doesn’t understand efficiency apparently. And don’t use the it was busy excuse. Paperwork at every other Concentra was given to me immediately and they were busy as well.

I Love coming to this Concentra location. The lady's at at the front desk and the nurses are extremely kind helpful and fun to joke around with and if they see this review I'd like to let them know that there kindness and helping people really makes a difference! A CDL physical ain't shit but a piss test, eye exam, blood pressure check and a check up wit the doc. I checked in at 10am and ain't been called back yet and it's 2pm. I can understand being packed with walk ins but wit so many ppl holding piss for the test BEGGING to use the bathroom I don't see why you just don't allow them to drop them just go back to the lobby. By the time they call you back some ppl already couldn't hold it so they pissed leaving the bladder dry by the time u get called back. I've bn coming here since 2006 and this the worse it's ever been. Ima just start going to my doctor and pay out of pocket. Make sure you bring a lunch cus u gon be starving like a MF by the time you get out frfr.

I had a appointment scheduled at 1030am and was waiting til 120p before I left to reschedule..ridiculous..I have never waited so long ever. even got there early and didn't matter. I will make sure to tell my employer never to use this place ever.

I didn't have a bad experience. For the most part, there were all males in the waiting room the entire time. I waited about 45 minutes to get in and everything, including x-rays were timely. Everyone was friendly, however, the equipment and rooms were outdated and dirty. The restroom in the back was filthy and reeked urine and gave me truck stop vibes. The one in the lobby was mich better. I'll give an update in about a week.

I was on medication before I started my job worked for 1 yr got rendome drug test no problem past but the person that send the results to my EMPLOYMENT wrote a note saying I'm on medication that I SHOULDENT OPERATE OR DRIVE ANY MACHINERY AND NOT TO CLIMB LADDERS even over the counter medication has a warning about that lost my job FOUND BETTER .THANKS
