My mother had asked for a $5 fee to be waived and they said they couldn’t waive it. She had never asked before. As much as Chase makes in fees and couldn’t waive $5 very disappointing.

I've tried to open a new checking account at this branch on two separate occasions and at different times of the day and in both cases, the *one* person who could help me open an account was at lunch. Today, I called ahead to make sure they were in before I drove over and no one answered. It's like they don't want new customers.

Friendly, efficient, and helpful. I love having Chase as my bank. I use my phone app all the time to check my transactions. Facial ID is convenient. The drive through teller at Miller Beach in Gary recently opened up early for me because I was waiting at her window before the start of the day.
