The store is always so clean and well organized. The deals are great. The staff is friendly especially Nialah. She's a fun & hilarious shopping assistant.

I went in on 5/9/24 at 530 pm (only store in strip mall) Grant Ave, worst Ashley Stewart ever! When I walk in 2 staff members are right at the front as I walk in I’m expecting to be greeted but oh no they were engaged in a conversation about how much lemon pepper they use. I spoke and neither one responded, as I go through the store passing the register another associate at the register says nothing. The best thing about this store was the music yes only the music, staff needs customer service training. As I’m exiting the store one of the ladies from the lemon pepper conversation says “didn’t find anything?” I just ignored her as she did when I walked into the store. Not only was the staff not welcoming the stores selection of apparel wasn’t as good as other locations like Evergreen Park, Illinois.

This store is my go to when I need a quick outfit! The staff is always super friendly, helpful & considerate! I love this place & you women will too! Try them out!They always have good deals for sizes 10-36!?

This is the best store. I love coming her because everyone is super nice, friendly, always ready to help. The inspirational music that’s always playing in the background is very nice. I’ve never had a bad experience in this store. It’s always clean and stocked. My only suggestion would be the manager needs to make sure the staff have the key to the bra room for extra stock.I should have been done this review because, I visit this store often. Keep up the good work ladies.

The customer service at this store is awesome! They treat the customers like family here. There's always a smiling face and a willingness to assist. I absolutely love the Ashley Stewart in Gary, Indiana!

From start to finish the whole time, I was in there from the employee's and customer's. I truly enjoyed myself. Stop sleeping on Gary, Indiana. Majority of the time I get above and beyond on the customer service and believe me it's seems genuine. From stores in Gary.
