So I googled the two shops and found Competition had a better reputation. the repair time was faster than quoted. and they make sure you are completely satisfied with their work. I came in to get my alternator tested. Ethan was fast an efficient and made suggestions as to where to look next to fix my problem and when I asked for a ring connector he walked me right to the shelf and assisted me in picking out the right one for the job. “Had a small hole in my radiator so I took it over to Punchy’s expecting to drop it off and pick up once repaired. When he looked at my radiator he asked me if I had 10 minutes so he could fix it right now. I was shocked, he took it and repaired it while I stood there. He then pressurized it placed it under water to make sure it no longer leaked. Within 10 minutes I had my radiator back. What’s even more amazing is the price was half what I was expecting!

“Over the last 15 years I've brought mine and my wife's vehicles here, even after moving out of town. I've been that happy with the work. His prices are fair, and his work is outstanding. Many other people I know who have aftermarket tint put on deal with bubbles int he tint eventually. 6 vehicles later we've not had one. “Fender bender; Insurance work; No big deal, in and out. More than one year out after the work, apparently the subframe of my car rubbed against the A/C rubber hose and blew out the A/C - right in the dead of summer! Wife and baby out of a cool car. Gave AA Autobody a call, as the frame was not quite restored to original position after their initial work (that's the subframe was rubbing on the hose). They honored their warranty, got me in, fixed the A/C and now I'm driving cool again. What great service! Wife and baby also very happy. Thanks, AA Auto Body.”

“I went to get a quote about my bumper that was kind of falling off due to my own issue of pulling too close to the curb while parking a time or two. (Oops!) This issue was more cosmetic than anything, and was not something that needed done ASAP. Trampus, gave me a quote.The next day, Gerber called me asking me when I would be able to come in and have my car looked at to have the bumper repaired. I told them they must be confused, because I was the single mom gal who needed to save up more before purchasing the new bumper. The receptionist told me that after speaking with me, Trampus, this kind hearted man, would like try and fix my bumper.I took my car in at the time we agreed upon, and Trampus had my bumper fixed the next day within hours. This man runs a solid business and is kindhearted. He is honest and trustworthy.
