Pros : This was one of the cleanest Pilots I have seen.
Cons : The shower didn’t had ANY hot water. It was the coldest shower I have ever taken. Also, when you are in the trucks parking, the app thinks you’re not yet at the truck stop so it won’t let you reserve a shower until you walk really close to the building. Pretty annoying that you can’t wait in your truck for the shower because of that… And to top it off, the wait for shower was pretty long (~1h)
Overall clean, but some problems must be adressed here and there.

I tried to make a purchase using my points and the system was down, that is, I could pay with my card but not with my points. Pilot's services are getting worse every day.

I have been waiting for more than an hour to get a shower. It is crazy that one shower is available after an hour or two. I don’t believe drivers are taking 10 hours in the showers. Just don’t spend a dime in this Pilot which doesn’t care about drivers time. No more stopping here. $700 waste of money spending on diesel.

The bathrooms were super clean and smelled really fresh! The only downside was the doors slam shut whenever someone walked in or out.

The shop here was fantastic. Helped a fellow out. The showers here were hot and clean, and the staff was super friendly.

The guys in the tire shop are great. Derrick and Jake provide outstanding service when I went into the shop with a blown tire on my rare axle of my tranker. The blown tire cause damage to a fender, mud flap bracket and a light housing, bending them into that damage tire. It was a mess. The guys bent the brackets back, replace the tire and 3 lights on the trailer all in about 1 hour. These guys are reallyvgood and professional, can't say enough about the service I received.
Also the young lady at the front desk was professional, polite and quickly got a hold of my company to get all the work approved. Everyone I dealt with at this Pilot tire shop was just great. If you need tire service on your truck or trailer these folks will not disappoint you.
