Pumps run very slowly here. Had to stand extra long in the cold to pump almost two gallons a minute. Slowest pump I think I’ve ever encountered.

Pulled in to fill up my accessory tank and truck. We stopped over on the side away from the big rigs, to let the dogs out and look for water for my horse. Someone in a tie dye shirt working there came out to tell me I couldn't park on that side. I explained I just needed the grass for my dog and felt safer away from the truckers being a woman traveling alone. Did not care. I drove out and gave Pilot my money and walked my dogs there. The parking lot was empty, I wasn't causing a problem. Clearly it doesn't matter to this place if their customer is safe and they don't need my money. Will spend it where I'm not yelled at for trying to patronize a business. Lesson learned!

Gas pump keys didn’t work so moved to a different pump then it didn’t want to read my card after trying a dozen times finally read it but takes forever to pump gas

The coffee was expensive and gross, the hash browns were four bites (total) of cold greasy potatoes and the “medium rare” steak I ordered came with no pink at all and barely edible. The waitress was extremely nice and good at her job though. I did not complain or send it back because what else did I expect from a truck stop diner, ya know?

Well, After we sat down it took someone like 15-20 to greet us and take our drink order. (and they weren't that busy at all.) after we received our drinks he never came back to check on us or to refill our pops. We ordered our food and waited over an hour for it. We get it and order is missing 2 sides. There was people that came in after us that got their food before we did. My salad came with my meal not before it because the waiter said ("Oh I totally forgot about that") and then he proceeded to tell us that he was in the back helping cook the food and as I looked at him I couldn't help but notice that his long hair was hanging over his shoulder and he had no hair net on. Gross ? Not very impressed with the service at all but the food was decent.

went in there were no clean tables. we waited by a table for someone to clean it but she cleaned the one next to it. so we sat at that one for 15 minutes and noone acknowledged us. so we left and the restaurant was filthy. will never be back.

Old fashioned truck stop but still a nice spot to stop by and get some fuel and a quick bite, plenty of truck parking and never too busy, the employees were excellent and very well professional.

first they tell you sit where you want. once seated not near anyone told cannot sit there have move. they should wear you then. second I ordered club sandwich bacon not cooked and broken toothpick inside sandwich. I had 4 whole toothpicks I pulled out of quarters. so wasn't from mine. luckily my teeth not soft tissues found it. when waitress finally came back to table to give bill politely showed her uncooked bacon and broken toothpick. I did not eat anymore once found so only ate 1/2. only 20% was taken off bill. I understand not her fault but still.
