I've been banking at woodforest for years now and the Franklin branch will always be my favorite the area is always clean and I rarely have any issues with the machinesJessica and Conner where absolute delights to talk to and this was by far the quickest and cleanest withdrawal and deposit I've done yet I would very much recommend dropping by and trusting them with all your banking needs!

I went in to the Franklin location and they was extremely awesome! I mean one second I’m cashing a check and the next I’m sitting with Taylor Simpson going through options to help me build my credit up! The experience was amazing and now I have hope towards the future of financial services plus a great banking to go along with it! Thanks Taylor and of course Woodforest national bank team for helping me with all this!!

I have been with Woodforest Bank since about 2009 or 10.. I have had exceptional, above and beyond, support and service from them. I have previously tried several other Banks and was treated as nothing more than a number. I have referred many people to them and they too have had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them! Although my favorite general manager and vice president has moved on to another place out of state, I have still received very good service for many many years. Of course there's always a few tellers that are there for the money and not for the people, but management has always taken care of that quickly.*** Update 5/29/2022*** well I have noticed a steep decline in customer service with Woodforest in general, I will say that the most recent manager at the Franklin branch, Brett, seems to be much more helpful. He is fairly new in the position and there are some things and services that I knew about that he had not yet learned so it was an education experience for him when I visited last LOL. Overall this bank has much more services in the average Bank. The only is typically over in staff and most of the staff are very young and new and their jobs so they don't yet know all the services that are offered. It helps to go on the main website and do your research first to ensure that what they offer is available and then if your local branch does not know about it point them back to their own website and ask them to reach out to a higher level manager. I would still give this Bank a good rating although it probably would not be five stars would be more like four and that's only because of the turnover and staff of younger folks who don't quite know what's going on in many of the branches.

They need to list the correct hours they are open. On the woodforest website it says they should be open at 10 am Saturday, but they are not open. They also don't put the hours anywhere noticable in the bank itself. Very inconvenient.

Just pray to God that none of you get frauded. They don't care that every dollar in your account was pulled out to zero dollars. This is the worse bank I have ever had as soon as my money is deposited back im out stay away from them. You call there 877 number it's a bunch of foreign people you can't even understand. They have absolutely no fraud protection if you want it you have to pay 10 dollars a month to make sure you don't get your money stolen. This is the second time this has happen once in another country and now in New Jersey. Lmao how can I be in Indianapolis and New Jersey making purchases what process do you really need to do? Absolutely disgusted with woodforest.

I'd give a zero if I could this bank is by far the worst I've ever had the customer service is awful their entire system is buggy an constantly changing I understand pending transactions an all of that but when I end up with even less money than what I have actually spent something is wrong an all their service people do is get in your face an start an argument when I want things resolved changing banks asapSTAY AWAY

Honestly the hours are frustrating and perhaps why I may just switch banks or branches. I get the later hours is great for a lot of folks, but open earlier then 11 sometime would be beneficial to those of us high risk.
