Dec 21st. I picked out a silver chain in the jewelry department but no one was tending that are. I was told the person who handles that department was around the corner, but no luck. I went about the store to get some other things and came back and still no one there and I was told by a stocker that all personnel were pulled to OPG and maybe I should come back in an hour. I asked one of the cashiers how to get some help and she kindly paged someone to the area, and no one came. I wasn't going to browse when they got there, I knew what I wanted and it just needed to be unlocked and rung up. I assume there is not a ton of business in jewelry but it was right before Christmas and no one seemed to care if I was waited on.

They sale broken phones for black friday, then try everything in their power not to refund or exchange the broken product.. then treat me the customer like a dog that was trying to steal from them... I had a receipt/untill another customer came in with the same problem... AND THEY TRY TO ACT LIKE THEY ARE THE STORE MANAGER

we were trying to pick out things for our new house. and we get back to the home side and some lady started yelling at us that we needed to leave and that the store was close. we all have very good hearing and the rude lady was telling us that the store closes at 11 but there was no announcement that they were closing. the lady wouldn't even let us do the self checkout. it was only 11:11.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy on this planet, If a doctor calls in a script you have have to wait for 2 days before it's even ready.... then gotta wait 30 minutes in line to find out if they even have it... the worst... one star is waaaaay to high.

Pharmacy techs don’t even know how to run insurance plus were very rude. They complained about even having to run my insurance in the first place. Pharmacist seemed out of it as well. Never had this type of experience at any other Walmart pharmacy but I will permanently be switching to Walgreens.

Pharmacy techs are don’t even know how to run insurance plus very rude to customers. Pharmacist seemed out of it as well. Good luck with that.

Nice Walmart, but 1/3 of the entitled customers there do no wear their masks mandates by the state. This Walmart and their staff will allow patrons to walk freely without masks on.

Ordered tires Monday one if which was for a FLAT TIRE so im driving on the spare and she knew that. Got a text message Tuesday that my tires were in. Great news (I only ordered 2.. one for the flat and one for a back tire that had a slow leak). Except it wasn't great news. My tires were NOT in and they have no idea why I got that text. So I wait. No call Tuesday after the truck delivers. No call Wednesday after the truck delivered. So I call Thursday BEFORE the truck delivers and guess what ?? My tires are there. So they GOT THERE Wednesday and I could have had them on Wednesday evening. Now it's noon on Thursday and I ask how long it will take because I have to pick my daughter up from school. 7 people ahead of me. Had they told me on Wednesday when the tires ARRIVED I could have been there today when they opened and gotten done quickly. Now I have to wait until my husband gets off work.. drop the car off and leave it over night so I'm FIRST in the morning. And pray they get it done quickly tomorrow so I can have it back by the time she gets out of school. All they had to do was call me when the tires came in on Wednesday like they said they would. Now we're have extra trips to town (we're live out in the country 15 miles away) and a borrowed car for tomorrow and running back and forth to get cars where they need to go. All could have been avoided if they called me yesterday and told me the tires were in..I would have been there this morning when they opened and done by noon. That's so rude and unacceptable. And the woman who works there already knew I was mad when I called Tuesday top confirm the text was right and found out it was NOT right and my tires weren't there yet. I asked her SEVERAL times to call me IMMEDIATELY when they came in so I could make plans to get them on. I had to call today MYSELF and find out they were there and because the truck hasn't delivered yet today they have been there since YESTERDAY. Never ever will I buy tires from them again. And if I could find someone else to install them I would do so right now. UPDATE... these folks and especially ANGEL are just a bunch of liars. I found a tire place that would fix it right away if I brought the tires because the size is odd and I had to order them from Walmart (obviously) so I went in to Walmart to pick them up. They were so rude the girl made it obvious she didn't even want to deal with me and when I asked her to make damn sure the $70 rebate ANGEL had promised me the Michelin folks were offering was good and get me the paperwork she totally lost it and acted like I was really asking too much. Come to find out that the rebate, which I asked angel about 3 times on Monday when she ordered the tires "the IRS no special rule like I have to buy 4 or anything right? "And angel said no nope we are all good... well angel is a LIAR because the rebate only counts if you buy 4 tires. So I told them that extra tire she ordered in case the leaky tire couldn't be plugged could go right back to where it came from I only needed the replacement for the flat and wasn't giving them another DIME for the second tire. She of course got angry because she had to void out a tire and heaven forbid she do any work. And then I find out that angel is like the assistance manager and should have known the rebate wouldn't apply to the tires I ordered !!!! So she purposefully lied thinking I needed the tires so I would buy them and then get screwed on the rebate later when I sent it in. Wow. CUSTOMER SERVICE NONEXISTANT..... DON'T go to Walmart for tires folks.. at least not the one in Franklin Indiana. You will probably get screwed... you will definitely not get the whole truth and they really really really don't want to wait on people or fo any extra work. WALMART TIRE IN FRANKLIN INDIANA YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. ANGEL... YOU SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO ANSWER THE PHONE OR GIVE PEOPLE PRICES ANYMORE.

The don't even know that they accept care credit and I asked two techs. Plus I couldn't even get my script because "the signature looked funny". I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Who knows what else they don't know? What a waste of time.
