I don't usually use Walgreens but I have needed to lately to reload a prepaid credit card to pay bills. (Extenuating circumstances). I've had a mix of friendly and rude cashiers. But I bought my husbands favorite candy to take to him at the hospital and it's EXPIRED! No, I didn't look. I didn't think I needed to. It's Walgreens not so bodega. Today is 5/10/24. The candy expired on 6/30/23. And with no receipt. And showing them proof that they have expired products on the shelves no apology. No refund. Not a darn thing. Treated me like a Karen when I was just trying to bring it to her attention. I didn't want a refund. And I wasn't being rude in the least. So don't shop here would be my recommendation

Pam was a great pharmacist! Friendly, kind and helpful. Alexandria (pharmacist) is a bully and treats people as though she’s superior to everyone. I feel sorry for the people who have to work with such a superficial being. May God grant you grace.

It's literally a 45 minute wait every time you come here for the pharmacy. Doesn't matter what time of day. Anyone saying anything positive about this place or its staff is obviously just a bot.

This locations employees are on another planet. Get a self checkout if you can’t even acknowledge a customer standing for 3 minutes in line. It took me slamming the NyQuil bottle down on the counter as hard as I could to get the Gen Z employees attention 10 feet away from me. Just close the place and we will go to CVS. They have self check outs…

Been without my needed medication for a week today. No updates no anything. I’m in hell, falling behind in school. How hard is it to order medication when you are running out and not wait till they are completely out

Ordered a prescription to be filled here because it said they were open until 10pm. Called to check on it at 6:30pm. The recording stated that the pharmacy closed at 8:00pm and a pharmacist was unavailable to answer the phone. Went in person to see if maybe they were just busy - turns out the pharmacy is closed on Sunday altogether. So their google says open til 10pm, their voice recording says open til 8pm, and they actually aren’t open at all. I am now unable to get my meds. Very dissatisfied.

Pharmacy is unreliable and often closes without notice. Check to see if they are open or have a pharmacist on duty before getting scripts filled or scheduling vaccinations/ testing.

Boo terribly limited hours. I believe they close at 6p or a little earlier. ONLINE HOURS OPEN INFO INCORRECT! I have no issues with a lunch break for workers. I think they definitely need more staff. They aren't even open 2 days a week. Personally I've found the staff abrasive more often than not. I'm not the only one. It's hard to leave work and get meds before they close and it's typically not uncommon to have difficulty getting scripts or new meds without the, what I call, normal history questions and related info or info of insurance or verification. Going to transfer all of our family to a different place. We've all had enough.

Two weeks ago I called in a refill on a Saturday through the automated line. I was told my refill would be ready the following day, Sunday at 2pm. Little did I know the pharmacy wasn't open on Sunday but that was fine because I had an appointment on Monday at 4pm to have the shot that I was picking up administered so I thought there was plenty of time. Monday at 3:45 I went through drive through to pick up my medicine and was told it would not be ready until Tuesday. After explaining what I was told through the automated line I was informed the pharmacy was closed Sunday. Ok, but if as of Saturday you could've had it ready by Sunday at 2 wouldn't it be assumed it would be ready by Monday at 2 if the pharmacy was closed on Sunday? I had to reschedule my appointment. Fast forward to today, Monday, July, 25th. Last Friday, the 22nd, I called in a refill for another prescription. Was told through the automated line my prescription would be ready on Saturday the 23rd. This was fine because I did not intend to pick it up until I got off work on Monday, today, the 25th. Get there to pick it up only to be told it is not ready and have to wait 30 minutes for it to be filled. I understand that these are hard times and the pharmacy is short staffed. Fine, I get that, but shut off the automated line if it is not able to give accurate delivery times based off of how many employees are working.
