Just found this gem. I love the town of Franklin. It was clean, well organized, and had a good variety of items. It was affordable and I wanted to spend more time and get more items, but had to go. Hope to be back again soon. I found some good deals. I would love to see a rewards program, discounts (student, senior, etc). I also wish they had a public restroom. <><

Way too frustrating to donate. I went last week for the first time thinking that it would be a bit of a nicer place to donate my clothes than Goodwill since all the reviews say their prices are extremely affordable and are geared towards helping the truly needy. The woman there almost didn't accept my donations because it was 2:01 and apparently they only take donations until 2:00 exactly. I went again today (making another 20 minute drive especially to go) and made sure to get there at 1:45. The woman there tried to tell me that they weren't taking any more donations because she still had to carry the other donations inside. I don't understand how a nonprofit can refuse free donations simply because their workers don't want to have to process all of them. If that's the case then apparently they must not actually need donations that badly. I don't recommend taking the trouble to bring your donations here and I will continue to take mine somewhere else.

Do good work right I would donate to them any day. At least I know what I’m donating is going to go to people who really need it.

Wow! We visited on Black Friday and the store was packed! We didn’t realize it was 50% off everything until we checked out. Great store even if it would have been regular pricing. Nice merchandise, well organized & friendly volunteers/staff! Recommended!!

I love going here and organizing things for these lovely people! I get so many little things from here to paint or just to have as decoration, like my vintage dolls! This is the most recent thing I painted that I got from there!

I do a lot of shopping at thrift stores. This was hands down the best thrift shop experience ever! The shelves are organized in a way that makes it easy to browse and see what they have. They have much better variety and prices than that popular thrift store chain. And whereas the previously mentioned chain has a questionable past when it comes to its charity work, this place benefits the local community in tangible, unquestionable ways so you can feel good about giving them your money and your unwanted goods.
