Don’t expect to be seen on time for your appointments. Over a half an hour late for a vaccine.

Wouldn’t even give me a doctors note to take off work the next day so I could feel better after nights with no power. Place is a joke

I was having issues with my blood pressure, and I couldn’t get into my doctor. We have been to this location many times for various reasons and never had a problem. The Np was the only employee. I’m a registered nurse and I realized that I needed medication because my bp was stroke level. The np was not going to give me anything because I needed labs to make sure my kidneys function was good. I told her I couldn’t leave without something because I could stroke. She gave me the tiniest dose possible. I did bring in the labs, but they did nothing else. It was a bandaid on a gaping wound. I had to go elsewhere to get it taken care of. They should realize when they are not doing all possible for the patient that their license is on the line.

Went in first thing in the morning walk in clinic doesn’t have an opening the doctor or NP said make appt I’m here last appt 6:30pm go online and schedule . I scheduled my appt for 6:40 6:30 wasn’t an option I worked until 6:15pm and still made it there at 6:29pm because of what I was told last appt 6:30.I even took a picture of their time clock in the clinic at 6:29 and not a single person there. Why have business hours instead say open at my discretion.I won’t ever try to go in this worthless clinic. You charge late fees you should pay us in these cases. I rushed from work and had to leave some of my responsibilities for a co/worker to do!

I have NEVER had such a ridiculous visit as I had today. I wasn’t mad about having to wait 45 minutes passed my daughters appointment, but then the nurse practitioner (Elizabeth Roberts) working seemed to have no idea what she was doing. She had terrible bedside manners and beforehand was very passive aggressive to those in the waiting area. She insisted my daughter needed chest x-rays, told me her “tonsils are HUGE”, told me her O2 was too low and repeatedly asked me the same questions after I had answered them multiple times. She also exclaimed multiple times that she “had no idea what was wrong with my 5 year old” naturally causing her to become terrified and confused. I received a second opinion from a second doctor elsewhere and although she then had a positive rsv test they assured me her lungs sounded fine, her throat was fine and her oxygen was where it needed to be.I have no idea why this nurse practitioner was so unprofessional and inadequate today but I will not be coming back.

If your nurse practitioner is Debbie, just wait for another nurse practitioner or doctor on staff. My husband and I wanted to test him for strep throat. Because he had all the symptoms and his throat was inflamed. She didn’t even offer, she immediately ruled out his diagnosis as COVID, before any tests were done. I had to ask for the strep test to be performed on him.Tired of lazy nurses and doctors ruling everything out as “COVID” and then not treating the actual issue or sickness.

Scheduled my Covid-19 booster for 6pm. Waited an hour to finally be seen. Also, they are running covid-19 tests and giving vaccines in the same facility? I would not recommend going here for any reason. I received my first two vaccines at a different Kroger and didn't have this issue

I've been sitting here for 30 minutes nobody is bothered to come out or anything. If you're late or you don't show up they penalize you but they sure the hell won't discount it they're the ones that are screwing up.

Arrived at 4:10 for my 4:20 appt. No one at reception or in waiting room. Stood at counter until 4:25. Finally called over to woman in pharmacy to ask where staff was. I was directed to a computer screen to sign-in. Continued to stand at counter. At 4:40, after waiting for 30 minutes, a woman appeared from the back. I left. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Went there for a Covid PCR test, I filled out their form requesting a PCR, they did an antigen test instead. When I realized that, I had to also pay the PCR test even though it was their mistake. Never got my PCR results, my information doesn’t exist in their portal, and they don’t answer phone calls.
