This is now called Extra Space but you can find it Googling Storage express. They have been patient with me, as long as you communicate. The main issue is the prices continually go up the longer you have the storage. I had to downsize to be able to afford it. Other than that they’ve been great to me!

Unit was sturdy and dry. There were no security issues. The price more than doubled over 6 years, so I needed to move my belongings.

Well, the service is super quick and easy to handle—clean and nice location. The price is some kind of high for the size. Everything else is good.

Well we rented a 10×10 thinking it would be like the old ones alot bigger than this one seemed to be my niece had one of the old 10x10s i swear it was bigger but we ended up not taking that one we ended up with the 10x15 which the first we paid for was only going to cost us $69mth which we had already paid plus admin. Fee of $29 plus ins.$11 total=$109 to rent the 10x10 but we call and they tell us the 10x15 will be $114mth thats $55mth more for 5ft with that being said we ended up paying $164 to get this shed they ended up tacing on a $10fee for changing our size of sheds we never put anything in the 10x10 it cost us $65 today extra to get 5ft really wth.....

So far everyone has been super nice and helpful! The units also come with padlocks so that was a useful feature!

I have been more than happy with Storage Express in Franklin. My unit was clean and spacious. The entry system was easy to use and facility was secure. Highly recommend them and will use them again if I need another storage unit.

My friend set a box out of her car and forgot it they charged her $75 to pick up a box thats ridiculous I would never rent here
