Jacob is the sweetest guy ever! He didn't rush me at the speaker. He was speaking very soft, And very kindly. As well as the drinks and his service was AMAZING!!

Very disappointed!!! At 4:52pm at the Franklin Indiana location I ordered 3 caramel macchiatos with an extra caramel drizzle and extra whip cream. ONLY ONE of those coffees were made correctly!

Violetta and Sofie were the most kind and helpful baristas. I have had many and most are kind but they went above and beyond and they were closing in about an hour but violetta never tried to rush me with my decision of trying something new as well as giving me recommendations and explaining very thoroughly. They deserve more than just this acknowledgment for sure!!! Thank you young ladies! You made my night!

They were out of the cold brew I ordered and gave me an americano instead. I even ordered an extra shot of espresso and did not receive that. Very unprofessional location and they even wanted a tip for doing their job incorrectly…Pathetic!!

Extremely nice and the carmel ribbon Crunch frap is delicious. You xa. Switch the milk to coconut milk and add double whip cream and it's super good. Try their grill cheese on sour dough bread too!!

I am a doordasher and for the most part there timeliness is on point. However when their busy and I go to pick up my orders I understand that I am going to wait for my order which is totally understandable. What I don't understand is how the last person in the drive thru line that has not even placed their order and has been waiting about 10 minutes to order get their order before my order. Obviously the doordash order was already in the queue. Basically these are paying customers and don't believe they go in order of receiving the tickets. I implore you to make this right Starbucks. I have now been waiting over 25 minutes for my doordash order but saw the last car of the drive thru leave 10 minutes ago. Not right.

This used to be the best, most friendliest Starbucks around. And typically it's up to a mediocre par, But today...the drive thru line was long (no big deal)...so I decided to go inside. There's a ton of people waiting for drinks (again, no big deal). BUT THEN, the little gal behind the counter said "we're not taking cafe orders right now". So I politely asked "should I just order from the app?" She proceeds to tell me that they're not accepting that either, that people HAVE to go through the drive thru. I'm hugely pregnant, holding my toddler, and you're telling me that I can't order inside PERIOD, and that I'll need to go back out to the car and get in the drive thru?! AND there was ZERO signage anywhere letting myself or OTHER people that followed in on their "closed for business" deal. OH but wait. There's more. I'm in the drive thru as I'm typing this and low and behold, there's a barista on a smoke break out behind the drive thru sign. OH AND THEN THERES MORE. I just ordered, 3 drinks and a lemon cake for my dad. She said "we're not able to serve our food right now". EXCUSE ME. What kind of service are you able to provide at all?! So I politely asked "why?" And she said "well okay if that's the case". I said "yes it is the case because I was just inside and nobody is serving anyone anything right now". She continued politely and I ended up with my order but you can't just NOT serve people because you're a little overwhelmed at the moment. I was a waitress for 6 years, so I'm speaking from a place of experience. This time of overwhelm and understaffing will pass, BUT the impression you leave on your customers will last...i tipped the nice gal and told them I hope the rest of their day gets better, but if this type of stuff happens this often, theyre not going to survive at this location!

Riley was super helpful today when we were struggling with the app. Even though we were in the drive-thru but I'm sure he had a million things to do. He took the time to try to troubleshoot and recommend how we could correct our issue. They've never messed up my coffee either which kind of means a lot.
