My husband was able to find shoes that fit. He is a size 7 1/2 and it's difficult to find that size. Prices are competitive.

This place has tons of options across the board, but not many options with specific things. (Ie: work boots to stilettos, but only a couple different shoes in each category). I was looking for casual shoes for work that were runners or too dressy. There weren't many options outside of Vans and Hey Dudes. I don't like hey dudes and Vans are tight on me. I ended up leaving without anything.I came here another time with my man to buy shoes for a formal event and he found dress shoes under $40 in no time. Good store, good service, not many tertiary options.

I had never been to Shoe Mart or Shoe Dept Encore. I was in SHOE HEAVEN! I shop year round for Xmas. I found great deals on awesome name brand shoes. I highly recommend shopping in store or online

I have been holding off for awhile now to see really how this business is still in business. I worked for this store for a little over two years and worked my way up as a sales associate to an 18-year-old key holder. This was a great jumpstart to my leadership career but this business does not know how to treat their employees. Over the period of my time that I was there. I probably saw one of the largest turnaround rates. I would see almost 10-15 employees every couple months work and then leave. This store is lacking leadership and proper trained employees. Not to mention that the starting pay for a sales associate is only $7.25 and the pay for a key holder is only $9.50. Overall I wouldn’t recommend working at this establishment, unless you want to be treated and taken advantage of. This store has lost so many great and loyal employees just because the company does not understand the proper needs of taking care of their staff. Again, I would not recommend this as a first job or even a job in general!

Large aisles, easy to move through the store. One shoe per box to eliminate theft, which makes trying on shoes a bit difficult.

Was an employee there for three years. Not a super great company to work for, but I stayed there because of the people I worked closely with. However, when our former boss left, they hired a new male manager, Josh, less than a week after. They didn’t even try to find a good manager. Within the first month that he had been there he lost not one, but THREE good, loyal, and long-lasting employees. I left and turned in my notice because he had no communication skills and took me off the schedule without communicating to me and even asking me. He lied about me and to me, he brought stuff up from my personal life that he had no business in and had no idea what was going on in my life. I should also add that he mentioned my that personal stuff to another employee who had left shortly after I did. He had blamed me for the low percentage of the rewards program. Apparently, it was only low on days I worked. And according to one of the loyal customers who had liked the staff and manager prior to him, he hired her family member as an employee and that person ended up leaving within the first few days of working there because Josh had been indirectly bullying and harassing that person. So yeah. I wouldn’t recommend working at that place as long as he is manager.

Needed 3 different types of shoes for my son and was able to get all 3 pairs at the same store at reasonable prices. Very satisfied.
