Couldn't have ever hoped for a better dealership to buy a car from ever!! Thank you Shane for being who you are!! It's meant alot for my faith in humanity lol!! But for real thank you!

At first, because there was an unforseen issue with the jeep I just put a down payment on, I felt like I made a mistake by chosing Shane Milam's Used Cars.With having to bring the jeep back three times, in just as many days, the issue would only seem to happen to my wife. Every time we brought it back to Shane, the issue that was plaguing her, would not make an appearance under Shane's time with the vehicle.On top off addressing any and all service light issues (which shane previously agreed to do at a later date) he inspected and replaced multiple sensors out of his own pocket, to make it right. His persistence payed off and the jeep is working perfectlyWhen all was said and done, Shane had, in my opinion, went above and beyond what most car lots of the same breed would have done.Needless to say, I will continue to be a customer of Shane's.

Fair prices and good selection!!! Shane is very friendly and great to work with. Financing in house was a breeze and the vehicle I picked out or bought was in great shape considering the mileage and year.

I bought a 2005 Rendezvous from this car lot. I ended up having to buy a new transmission within the first 3 months and a bunch of other problems as well. I had to junk the car. would not recommend, be alert about what you buy. Learned my lesson.
