Love Ross but Franklins location is the best. Staff makes u feel important and willing to help u find what u need. Their inventory changes all the time so u can have the best options and not the same thing over and over. The prices are the best. I have to dress up for work and dress clothes get pricey but luckily I have Ross to turn too.

Indifferent at best. Sloppily displayed merchandise, shop worn items strewn about and cosmetics packages open, unsanitary. HOWever,if you are in a jam for an inexpensive pair of shoes to wear once and toss…this IS the place.
