The new manager and her staff are awesome!!! The store is fully stocked and they have cleaned it up. Wednesday is the day they put out new stuff 😉

Love Ross but Franklins location is the best. Staff makes u feel important and willing to help u find what u need. Their inventory changes all the time so u can have the best options and not the same thing over and over. The prices are the best. I have to dress up for work and dress clothes get pricey but luckily I have Ross to turn too.
