There is usually no wait or just a short wait.I was unaware that Franklin took over delivery, but I have noticed some issues with delivery lately. We get mail that should be delivered to other people, our neighbors are also getting the wrong mail.”

“I have always had really good luck at this branch, quick and efficient. The guy in there today was super quick and even told me a one liner joke while I was at the window. In and out in less than 3 minutes. I was really happy because I had just tried the branch on Edgewood and Madison and after waiting forever and watching them move around like molasses I got ticked off and walked out. “Friendly and helpful is what you find in downtown Nineveh. This was our first visit. Behind the counter, Karen was fantastic to help us fine specialty stamps for our thank you notes! She was knowledgeable. Best service I've had in a post office. The brick facility is new, clean and well organized. There are post boxes for the locals, a package station, cards and supplies, everything you could need to ship or post. The also do passports. Parking is easy on the side of the building. They were not crowded on a Wednesday morning. I'll make this my primary postal stop!”

“It seems everyone complains about the Edinburgh, IN, post office, but I think they do a great job. I've never had a problem with someone else getting my mail. I have informed delivery and everything arrives within 24 hours of my seeing it in the email. The mail carrier (a woman with blonde hair, don't know her name) always brings my packages up to the porch whenever they don't fit in the mail box. No complaints!! Note: And NO, I don't personally know anyone who works there!”
