I have been trying to close my deceased sister's accounts for over a year now. They have her death certificate and I have submitted multiple other documents to close her accounts. Absolutely the worst way for a bank to do business,no drive thru and no tellers to provide customer service.It does not make any sense at all unless they are purposely trying to lose customers like me.

What is the point? Nothing helpful goes.on inside they took out the inside ATM. It.seems like an expensive outdooratm.
