If you are looking for true customer service & support, THIS IS THE PLACE!!!!I was looking for a particular fitting for a project, I went to every big box store in Greenwood, I received absolutely no help in locating the part. I was directed to Plumbers Supply by a manager of a small hardware store in Greenwood. John Barmore, ordered the part for me, called me when it arrived, then he went out of his way to help me with all the fittings I needed for my project. He took his time, explained the fitting & told how to adjust the parts & where to go to find 1 part he didn't have. Customer service is alive & well at Plumber's Supply in Franklin. John you are awesome!!

Great place! Employees are fast to take care of you and get you out the door. They always have what you need in stocks. I called 3 places that were out of the water heater I needed for an install and they had one in stick for a good price!
