I felt comfortable with this business as they require appointments since the covid pandemic. However, when I entered I was greeted by someone not wearing a mask. When I asked, she said they were not wearing masks. This shows a lack of respect for customers and I will take my business elsewhere. It’s difficult to shop locally when businesses don’t comply with the health experts recommendations.

I had a great experience with NSC from beginning to end. I scheduled a time to meet Miranda to go through the warehouse and was impressed with the selection. After choosing my piece and talking through the project with Miranda, I then met with the office manager, who was equally as kind and engaging. I love my vanity tops, appreciate the excellent customer service from Miranda and the Office Manager to the guys who installed the tops. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

We were not treated as first-rate customers. Communication was poor. Dan was NOT present at installation, so don't expect him. The crew "worked us in" as the last of 4 jobs that day. They finished up the next day, hurriedly. Thus, workmanship was not good. For positive reviews ONLY, you need the company's website. (And we're in Greenwood, IN, not San Francisco, CA.)

I looked several places before I found natural stone creations. They gave me the best price and workmanship I could ever ask for. My new marble counters are the most beautiful I have ever saw .
They did timely and great work and helped me find what I was looking for. I would recommend them to anyone .

I would NOT recommend using this business. My sister had recommended them, as she had them do some work before. We contacted them several times and it took them almost two weeks to respond. We then had an appointment scheduled for them to come out and measure the existing countertops and my kitchen. They called us both and canceled AFTER our appointment times! I was told by the lady that they would call me back sometime. I guess they don't want our business. If you want prompt, caring service, look elsewhere.
