We have had a great experience using Meijer Pharmacy! Great customer service and very competitive pricing. They are great about taking Good RX, which helps to lower prices even more. I would highly recommend using Meijer Pharmacy!

Just to let y'all know, YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES GETTING PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED! Sign up on their app; u can reorder your prescriptions & CHECK THE STATUS!They are always super nice & helpful for me, but yes-busy. If they was all just standing around doing nothing, I could see y'all complaining, but they are all busting their butts (most of the time short staffed)! Cut them a little slack ❤️

Always have my meds and have what I need. The pharmacy and pharmacist always treat me with respect and have never been rude to me or judgemental. I would highly recommend anyone with medicine issues to come here and not get a rude staff member or judged for the medicine you're on.

Won't fill my dope til after 12 even after explaining I had a flight at 12:30 and had to get there 45mins to hr beforehand. Even offered to show proof of airline ticket. Was told no their problem it's their policy to fill pain meds after 12:00. I pray to sweet baby devil they get in a wreck and break their arm and can't get their pain meds at all

Worse pharmacy I've ever been to. They don't notify you when prescription is ready, I have constantly had to call. The drive up line is always packed, so slow. The girls in the pharmacy area just stand there talking to each.

If you're in a hurry, don't go to the drive through. There were 5 cars when I pulled up, making me #6. One car left the line & I'm #5 in line now & have been sitting for 15 mins with no movement.

Meijer in Franklin just recently posted no Licensed Firearm Carriers inside the store. So now all the Law Abiding Citizens are forced to leave their guns in their vehicles, risking a chance that someone who doesn't respect life or the law will get it. There has never been a mass shooting at a Gun Show - FACT. Cities like Chicago that ban firearms have the highest gun violence / homicide rates, I'm done with Meijers, their Deli sucks anyways..... #boycottmeijers

I love this pharmacy 99.9 % of the time. Most everyone is great. Pharmacist that gave me my vaccinations was fabulous.But....I just called to refill a prescription and the person that answered the phone had zero social skills. After answering my call with a greeting I stated what I wanted there was absolute silence. Not just a moment, not give me a second, not a word. I finally said hello again and they said I'm here. Then they asked for the information. Before I was completely finished speaking to provide the information they cut me off. I work in the same field and have a great amount of empathy but not for people who are rude.

Medicines are never ready when they say they are. Always out of stock and forget to order my sons medicines which he needs and has now had to go a week without them because they’re lack of compassion and doing their job correctly and ordering his medicine the day his prescription got called in. Beyond the worst pharmacy in this area

By far the worst pharmacy in Franklin. Stay away from this place. I have never had to chase around prescriptions like I do here. Literally takes days to fill some prescriptions. Will get told it will be available the next day and when I get there get told to come back the next day. This went on for 3 days total for some skin cream for my daughter. Or the other typical experience is that you get there and they tell you to come back in 30 minutes. More than once I will come back and they will tell me to give them another 30 minutes. For starters don't tell me to come back in 30 if it won't be ready in 30. It is abundantly clear this place is a disaster.Update: decided to try again just to be sure it wasn’t me. Had prescription sent to them and waited several hours to get it. They hadn’t even started to fill it. I came back in 30 and I was told to come back in another 10. After this I sent a prescription to CVS from my doctor in Johnson Memorial and by the time I left that office and got to CVS (5 minutes) it was filled.
