I never visited the property but submitted an inquiry on the 16th of April. I never got a response about the pricing or availability on their units. At least their one bedroom floor plan. But it what it is!

Unethical fines and fees. They charge all the residents the same price for water utility that you never get to see the bill for. Plus they charge you a utility analysis fee. So basically you are being charged for them to charge you. They have a 25.00 general fee if they think your patio is cluttered, you have broken blinds or you have ugly curtains. No loyalty to tenants even if you pay your rent in a timely manner each month. I gave a verbal that i was not renewing my lease 4 months before my lease was up but because I turned in a written notice 1 day late i was charged a $50 fee they refuse to remove. When you leave they will charge you full price on water and trash claiming they cannot prorate it but when you sign your lease they prorate the water. Enjoy the $200 a month electric bill in the summer those hotel window units they use cannot cool the whole apartment.
