Theyre fine when you order inside. However you can barely hear through there drive through, and they never understand me. 10 times I've been there.

Placed order at drive thru and it was lost by the time I got to first window! Told cashier 3 times what i ordered and was told 3 different prices to pay. Finally my order was redone and I paid only to get to next window and they had to start all over on what I ordered because he had no idea. Was very disappointed to count over 10 drinks sitting there with ice melting and waiting for vehicles behind me to get their orders...

What an experience. We had been on the road for three hours and needed a quick break. When we went to use the restrooms, neither had soap or TP. However, both had employees using the facilities. For obvious reasons, we decided against food. Instead, we ordered two large coffees and two bottles of water. After we ordered our drinks, a young man approached holding two plastic cups. "Here you go." I said we ordered two bottled waters. He said, "what difference does it make, it's water." I said, well, the difference is I paid for the bottled water. He just stormed off. As he prepared our coffees, we watched him drop numerous coffee cups on the floor, and after rolling around, placed them back in the lower storage shelf. Nope, he didn't toss those cups in the garbage. There was no way we were drinking those coffees. Should also mention the manager was checked out. While junior was dropping cups on the floor, she was distracted by rubbing the back of what appeared to be another manager as he waited for an order to be fulfilled. The level of professionalism and training was horrendous. When we left, another employee was out the back door hacking away uncontrollably. A woman waiting in the drive through, a few feet away, looked at us and shook her head in disbelief. We ditched everything in the garbage and started over at Starbucks next door.

I've been to a lot of McDonalds places around the country and this is one of the best I've found. Being locally owned clearly makes a difference. The food is tasty and fresh, the staff friendly and efficient, and the inside and outside are clean and well maintained. They don't cut corners and when I had an issue once with a payment not including my discount they refunded my money and still fed me.

French fries were cold and had separated on the inside. Cheeseburger was dried out like they used to get before the made to order sandwiches started happening. This was the first time at this McDonald's since we don't live near it. Will definitely give other places a shot before going back here.

Attempted to get some food via the drive thru and was greeted with “sorry bud we have a lot to do tonight and are short staffed so we are currently closed” this place is not 24 hours.

There was a employees kid walking around behind the counter in dirty clothes and flip flops, an employee handling food while continually pulling her ear buds out then going right back to touching food
All food was cold asked not to have onions on burger and that’s all that was put on
All around was pretty well the nastiest place I’ve been. Threw my food away couldn’t talk to anyone employees just ignored all customers
