My wife received a brand new Ford van for work and while at a sponsored show someone syphoned gas out of the van. They damaged the filler neck to where gas could not be put in. She called local police and had a report made with no other damage. She went to a Ford dealer and had a temporary repair made to get home. She then took the van to HUBLER FORD in Franklin Indiana for permanent repairs. When it was done we noticed a dent in the lower body panel below the gas filler! It looks like something was shoved or ran into it straight on. The service mgr. said there was road dirt on it so it happened before. A straight in blow would not disturb the dirt! The dent is about 6 " wide by 1/4" high, fork truck or dolly?

I took our new ‘24 Edge in for the 10k check up. The personnel were courteous and the inspection only took about 40 minutes. Also the price was much cheaper than expected.

Service department is top notch, courteous and respectful. My wife and I really like the pickup and delivery of our vehicles when they need service, it takes the headache out of trying to figure out time to take our vehicles in.

Gavin Matheson great car salesman and other staff at Hubler car dealership here in Franklin, Indiana awesome to work with so we stayed the whole day and enjoyed their expertise handling of purchase of a brand new Ford Explorer Timberline. They did great job! Made Roger Clements ex-Ford tool maker’s day!

Hubler would have charged me to patch my tire, even though I purchased the tires from them, these were supposed to be 60,000 mile tires. I left after my oil change and my car started making noise, due to not fully installing a panel, went back and had to wait longer for the panel to be properly installed. I talked to the service manager who was impatient, but was given a free oil change. On another note, the last time I was here they told me my back breaks needed to be replaced and this time they didn't. Were they just trying to get more money? No, the breaks were bad. I don't believe Hubler actually looked at them this time. I took my car to another place and they actually showed me my breaks, there was no pad and the rotors were bad as well. I doubt I will be back.

I just purchased a new truck from Hubler Ford Franklin and had an excellent experience. My sales associate, Gavin, was attentive, professional, knowledgeable and fun. The warranty Hubler offers on their trucks made for the initial visit but their service is why I made my purchase there. I also had the pleasure of meeting several employees during the process who were professional and personal. I’m very happy and would recommend Hubler Ford Franklin.

Terrible company to do business with. I wouldn’t trust the sales guy Joe. Get Carfax on any vehicle before purchasing and believe the report and not what the salesman tells you

My truck repair appointment was for a Wednesday morning. By 9:30am the service dept had already contacted me with preliminary information. Repair parts were in stock and by noon Thursday the work was completed and covered under warranty. Friendly, helpful and competent service department.
