New card company, rewards are bogus, customer service you are a hot potato. Will need to find new source for my construction projects. From 5 to 1 less than year, they no longer care. Would be 0 if was a choice.

Lowe's is a good place to shop for DIY projects. When checking out with one item, the self-checkouts weren't clearly labeled which ones took cash, so I had to switch in midstream, which a helpful attendant helped me with.

Went to buy a replacement glass pane. Went online and made sure I had the correct store and zip code in place, stock said they had 4 available in the size that I needed. Asked a store rep for the glass and asked if it could be cut. They informed me they didn’t have any in that size. Showed him the online stock count and he scanned the barcode in store to check. EVEN HIS LITTLE SCANNER SAID 4 IN STOCK. But he had no idea as to why or where these items could be and the “system is probably wrong”. He did inform me of where else I could go for glass but was extremely frustrated that I went out of my way because the store doesn’t know how to properly inventory their items.
